In addition to hosting her own syndicated radio program, Laura is an author, frequent columnist and television commentator. Her book The Hillary Trap, first released in June 2000,was recently re-released as an updated paperback version. Her latest book, Shut Up & Sing: How the Elites in Hollywood, Politics...and the UN are Subverting America (Regnery) is bound to be a bestseller. She went on to graduate from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was Notes Editor of the Law Review. She served as a law clerk on the U.S.Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and then on the Supreme Court of the United States for Justice Clarence Thomas. After clerking, Laura worked as a white-collar criminal defense attorney for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. It's been said that Miller is "One of the premiere comedy talents in America today..." While others are blunt assessing Miller's comedic stature, Dennis himself makes a virtue of understatement, but there is nothing low key about his career.
Miller is a five-time Emmy award winner for his critically acclaimed half-hour, live talk show "Dennis Miller Live" which had a nine year run on HBO. He also wrote and starred in the Emmy-nominated cable comedy special "Raw Feed", his sixth such special. He was the host and executive producer of CNBC's "Dennis Miller", a topical interview talk show featuring reasoned discourse, opinion and humor. Additionally, Miller has appeared on many politically oriented television talk shows.
In his first ever radio show, five-time Emmy award winner and four-time Writers' Guild award winner, Dennis Miller will offer his unique take on the day's topics with comedy and satire. The daily 3-hour talk show will also feature Miller taking listener calls, as well as interviewing high-profile special guests.
