Crawford Broadcasting in Birmingham is seeking an Account Executive to sell  Radio Advertising for 101.1 FM WYDE. This position requires outside sales experience. A college degree is preferred but, not required. This position requires the Account Executive to be able to maintain accounts and have the ability to service multiple clients daily. You’ll be required to make cold calls to various businesses as well. You must possess good people skills, strong initiative and an open mind to new sales concepts. Internship Program

Crawford Broadcasting, Inc. offers an Internship Program. Priority will be given to college juniors and seniors. Please note that our internships are unpaid and you must be receiving college credit.

Prospective Intern:
As an intern, you will be required to work a minimum number of hours per week and will be given a schedule of work assignments.
The following requirements must be met in order to join the Crawford Broadcasting, Inc. Internship Program.
►The program must be coordinated with a college or university where the student would receive academic credit for his or her work at our station. The station will submit a report of the student's performance to his/her faculty advisor or department head which may be used in determining the amount of academic credit the student shall receive. 

►Student must have successfully completed certain classroom courses applicable to their major or area of concentration prescribed by his or her faculty advisor or department head and is at least a junior in good standing.
►Student agrees that he/she shall not be entitled to wages or salary during the period of training with this station. Student understands that he/she has not been promised employment after the completion of this internship.
